Sorrryyyyy for the LONGG break . school has been CRAZY for me . but ive reached the conclusion about what im goin to do with my blog ! its not going anywhere . this is my written blogg . and its going to coincide with a video blog that im bringing back .

2009 BET AWARDS !

Yess ! I know that I'm a bit late, but you guys have to remember I made this blog yesterday. BUT, i HAVE to be verbal about my opinion of the BET awards this year or I might just LOSE my mind . =]

here it goes :

Jamie Foxx ( in my opinion ) was one of the BEST hosts in the BET awards history.

You may disagree, and that fine, but I honestly think he was the perfect man for the job.

He knew what to say, at all times. He knew when to be serious, and when to crack us up . Jamie you were jus the best, all aspects. I loved him !

i LOVED the reunion of the 'Baby Boy' crew. It was so funny, and it just made me smile. I dont think I will ever get tired of that movie ( even though BET sure plays the HECK out of it). This movie is a classic, and it was a really good idea for BET to bring them together one time, and remind us.

BLAME IT ON THE A-A-A-A-A-Alcohol ! Even though I don't drink, this is just my SONG ! Them performing it at the BET awards was amazing ! THEN Travis barker came out, & Jamie played that guitar. At THAT point right there, it was a wrap for me . I LOVED it . Jamie knows exactly how to perform. Keep it up Jamie.

Ci-ci sweety, ima break this one down. If you are going to sing a MICHAEL JACKSON song. You need to sing the HELL out of the song. Especially if you are going to sing a ballad like you did, you're vocals are going to need to be on point, and yours were non-existent. When it really comes down to it, I did not enjoy your performance at all. BIG disappointment ! Actually HUGE disappointment. Maybe you should just stick to love,sex, and magic. =]

Drake...Drake...Drake... ! I'm going to give YOU the benefit of the doubt, and just acknowledge the fact that you hurt your leg, so thats why you were sitting on the stool the whole time . understandable .

BUT please explain to me, singing the song "Every Girl" [with lyrics like "i need a long haired, thick red bone OPEN up her legs to filet Mignon" ] why there were girls on stage with you that couldn't be older than what 13 or 14. I understand that they were Wayne's daughter and her friends, and i understand that this was all last minute but THIS should have been where you drew the line . once again ima emphasize ur DRAKE ! i expected more . Just because of the fact that you are who you are . YOU could have held it down all by yourself . soo i think that was a big mistake .

Hmmmm...her performance almost made me cry . It was THAT bad . AND the biggest mistake she made ... you come to the BLACK STAR POWER awards speaking spanish !

Were we supposed to enjoy that ?

DANGG ! hot mess .

When you try to do a Michael Jackson video especially a song like BAD ! yeah, you need to come hard. and that just wasnt it.

Once again, HERE he is, Mr. Al Sharpton. We appreciate you so much. Wherever there is a black person in need THERE you are to save the day. Hmmm, or is it just for another public appearance. Maybe a plead for more attention on your behalf?


Let me explain, this was at the Apollo Theater in Loving Memory of the King of POP, Michael Jackson ( R.I.P ), and instead of him tributing to Michael Jackson and the MUCH needed respect he deserves...he on stage doing this! I mean i could be wrong, but I'm just trying to understand his motives. Do you really care about these people you trying to help, or you just enjoy hearing yourself talk . NOW I'm beginning to wonder. what you guys think ?
